Our marketing team has often described themselves as a “small team with a big budget.” As a Manager, Branding & Marketing Communications you’ll support all outbound corporate-level marketing & communications projects as well as brand advertising, messaging and brand management. The range of duties includes:

Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team—including PR, thought leadership, web development, demand generation, and events—in establishing go-to-market processes and executing integrated marketing & communications efforts around the world

Own the creation and execution of corporate marketing deliverables, including the management of collateral, website content, presentations, training documentation and other related pieces

Research, negotiate terms and maintain day-to-day communications with external agencies and vendors, ensuring both brand consistency and voice across a variety of resources as well as maximizing our collaborative spend

Act as a key resource to support partner and customer communications, including copywriting, content review, global branding/messaging consistency

Coordinate the creation of high-impact creative marketing communications elements, including invitations, website, demos, presentations, graphics, reports, whitepapers and newsletters

Develop brand guidelines, execute training and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities—both internally and externally

Execute and generate metrics reports/benchmarks

Manage budget planning process

What does it take to be successful in this role?

Over 10 years of experience, preferably a combination of B2B and B2C

Established accurate project objectives and timelines to ensure project deadlines are met and—using the latest measurement technologies—provided measurable data that documents the impact of marketing communications efforts

Created content for a wide variety of audiences while driving brand

Managed multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously and independently

Worked cross functionally to plan and execute successful marketing programs

Must be experienced working for or with creative agencies

Experienced with the sales process and how to enable sales readiness

Strong Microsoft Office skills required; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite desired

Knowledge of or Eloqua Marketing Automation System a plus

NOTE: Writing samples and a portfolio of work samples will be required.
