The successful Manager of Broadcast Production will assist in the development of creative, strategic and impactful advertising. Job responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the production of creative for national, local, global, and test promotions, including but not limited to broadcast, magazine/newspaper print, and digital creative channels
· Managing the creative production including:
o Ad concept development through distribution
o Strategic development of creative throughout each channel’s creative process
o Attend TV advertising shoots
o Work closely with the agency(s), media and distribution to deliver and traffic all creative accurately and timely
· Working with the agency(s), marketing, and media to ensure talent is being purchased the most efficient and cost effective way possible.
· Forecasting and maintaining accurate budgets
The successful candidate will a have a BA/BS degree in a related field with 4-5 years’ experience in an agency or client-side marketing. Broadcast and or digital experience preferred. Excellent communication skills with strong organizational and project management skills and a demonstrated willingness to take initiative in getting the job done with the ability to multi-task is a must.
