Oversee supply operations for all clinical supply areas including standardization of protocols and training to ensure the efficient distribution of clinical instruments, equipment and supplies. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure all delivery of supplies are delivery on schedule. Accurately identify risks affecting supply, delivery and cost. Develop strategies to minimize the impact of potential risks, and consult with the Director of Instruments and Supplies. Perform inspection of all clinical dispensaries to ensure that the dispensaries are well supplied and following protocol.
Bachelor's degree and
3 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience supervising clinical activities and staff.
Experience in a large dental clinic operation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to train, motivate and mentor staff. Must have exceptional planning and organizational skills. Also, be a creative thinker and a problem solver.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Familiarity with Article 28 and related health protocols.
