Reporting to the VP of Corporate Affairs and Public Relations, the incumbent will plan, develop and deliver internal employee communications programs to support business initiatives and engage employees. Responsibilities to include oversight of key communications vehicles including the employee town hall meetings, online employee publication, videos, and email. Continue to update and advance the internal communications function to best leverage new technology and new ways to communicate. Develop, recommend, and implement internal communications vehicles and messaging to reach employees with key company messages.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism or equivalent required
5-8 years in corporate communications or public relations
Experience with a wide variety of communications tools including electronic media
Essential Skills and Abilities:

Working familiarity with latest communications technology
Ability to interface and partner with IT department and external vendors
Able to interface with all levels of management up to and including executive level
