Monitor all compensation plan practices, polices and system data establishing routine audits, management indicator reports and recommend plan improvements which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and Company objectives Establish procedures and practices to maintain sound and updated compensation practices including market analysis, job evaluation, job descriptions, etc. Establish procedures and practices to update benchmarks of compensation and benefits ensuring market competitiveness Assist in the development and implementation of new compensation and benefit programs Support the ongoing operations for the internal compensation and benefit committees Monitor benefit compliance activities ensuring accuracy of required legal documentation and timely filings Provide project management leadership and execution for a variety of projects related to compensation and benefits SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :
Education : Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education in compensation theory and benefit plan practices and/or finance. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
Experience : Three or more years' progressively responsible compensation theory and benefit practices experience. Financial analyst experience is a plus.
Knowledge : Working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environments surrounding compensation and benefits. Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines. Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE : 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
