Central Texas Farm Credit, ACA is a financial institution that provides loans for agriculture, agribusiness, as well as farm and ranch real estate. Education and Experience Requirements
Manages the credit analysis function for the association or a credit office. Manages staff of Credit Analyst engaged in the analysis, servicing, and reporting of the association’s loan participations for both mortgage and commercial type loans. Performs credit administration, credit and financial analyses on complex/multi-entity loan originations; monitoring and due diligence review of various loan packages/opportunities; and review, reporting, compliance and loan servicing activities. Performs collateral evaluations as required. Assignments are broad and complex in nature requiring originality, ingenuity, and leadership; has appreciable latitude for decision making; works under minimum supervision.
This position requires skill and knowledge in credit administration and financial analysis. General knowledge of accounting/financial systems with specialized knowledge of accounting/finance principles. Strong oral and written communication skills. Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform intermediate to advanced-level accounting and financial analyses.
