Under the direction of the Director, DL Business Development, we will rely on you to create and implement strategic marketing plans for increasing sales of multiple Diagnostic Laboratories product lines and services. You would be responsible for successful execution of business and strategic initiatives; managing the people and financial resources, ongoing and sustainable improvement in the areas of customer/employee satisfaction, and process control. You would also direct Diagnostic Laboratories Marketing team to create differentiation, drive perceived value with customers and generate demand in the market.

BloodCenter is a world-class institution due in part to the high caliber of its employees. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and highly goal-oriented with the ability to develop effective action plans based on goals. Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential. You will use your computer skills and analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends related to sales, and your written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers and build relationships. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field, and a minimum of five years’ experience managing multi-product/service lines, project management, and product marketing. A master’s in Business Administration is preferred. Top candidates will have had a proven track record in establishing and growing profitable relationships with a diverse range of customers through a consultative relationship-based approach. A valid US driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle are required.
