Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager, Digital Marketing Programs, who can apply technical savvy and marketing communications expertise in maximizing A&M’s digital presence. The Manager, Digital Marketing Programs will focus on managing integrated campaigns to expand A&M’s brand visibility and messages across its digital channels, including the global website, e-mail direct marketing, social media, mobile and apps, and multimedia features such as audio, video and webcasts. This individual will play a key role in shaping a digital marketing strategy to meet the needs of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial professional services environment, working closely with and reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications (MarCom).

  • Collaborate with the Director of MarCom and businesses to develop and disseminate content that reflects the A&M brand and extends the firm’s go-to-market strategy
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including visibility on channels such as web, social, Google Ad Words, webcasts and e-mail direct marketing
  • Work closely with Director of MarCom and Marketing Communications team to manage A&M homepage, social media updates and multimedia features against the firm’s Editorial Calendar
  • Work with business leaders across the firm to create and update content for the external global website
  • Collaborate with marketing team and serve as project manager of all digital initiatives
  • Partner with A&M’s internal IT team and outside creative resources in a project management and production capacity for digital marketing channels
  • Produce website and social media analytics using Google Analytics and other tools such as Radian 6
  • Work with other stakeholders around the firm to integrate aspects of the global website with CRM, intranet and other marketing systems/servicesManage and track domain registrations, trademarks and related digital assets
  • Assess geographic website needs, such as local translation requirements and domain extensions
  • Link content creation to SEO and SEM
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in digital marketing
Social Media/Multimedia/Mobile
  • Design and execute strategy, create content for and manage the firm’s social media channels
  • Keep the firm’s social media guidelines and training program up-to-date with the latest developments
  • Closely monitor social media sites and immediately raise reputation management issues to CMO and Director of MarCom
  • Perform analysis of social media activity and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Ensure web content and presentation is compatible for mobile audience
  • Recommend and execute on ideas for mobile applications that reinforce global branding efforts
  • Provide world-class project management to support scheduled webcast events
  • Manage audio/video streaming content and updates to the global website
Direct Marketing Campaigns
  • Serve as project manager for all integrated campaigns across all digital channels
  • Create communications in branded templates and troubleshoot coding issues, as needed
  • Create reports for e-mail campaigns

  • BA or BS degree required
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing for professional services, publishing or agency environment, with a focus on content development and management, direct marketing programs and integrated campaigns, web project management, analytics and social media
  • Background in HTML, CSS and JavaScript; knowledge / awareness of HTML5 and related implications
  • Experience with major content management and digital publishing platforms
  • Demonstrated success in working on projects with remote team members
  • Account management experience / ability to interact with internal clients across the organization, while providing excellent customer service
  • Hands-on, analytical, results and execution-oriented
  • Focus on and passion for all things digital; a practitioner of forward-thinking best practices
  • Experience and understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEO / SEM strategies and PPC campaigns
  • Experience creating content for Mobile platforms and applications
  • Experience with e-mail direct marketing campaign tools and CRM tools
  • Experience with measurement and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Radian 6
  • Multimedia experience (streaming audio/video and webcasting) preferred
  • Blogging knowledge a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Attention to deadlines and details a must
