We're the leader in digital place-based media. We're looking for a growth-oriented and process-driven leader of our Video Operations team!

PRN, a division of Technicolor, is the leader in the digital place-based industry with over 100,000 televisions operating in more than 10,000 locations and millions of viewers every single day. Our Creative Services group is responsible for designing, producing and preparing video media content for distribution on our networks that operate in Costco, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Albertsons and other major retail stores as well as many restaurant dining rooms like Taco Bell, McDonald's, Wendy's, and Carl’s, Jr.

The Manager, Digital Video Operations, as part of our Creative Services group, will oversee and manage the people, processes and technical systems used to prepare video media prior to distribution, including post-production functions like editing and audio production.

Responsibilities /Responsabilités:
Manage the operations of PRN’s post-production and media services
Schedule staff and freelancers to get the work done
Work with others at PRN to understand, assess, prioritize and fulfill their media and production needs.
Champion and drive the on-going development of digital production workflow and automation
Maintain the documentation of media production processes and systems
Oversee the smooth operation of media management applications, media delivery systems and broadcast trafficking systems
Evaluate and recommend new technology and services to reduce production time, costs and add additional value to PRN's media flow and post-production processes.
Train, motivate, reward, and resolve problems and other activities associated with supervising a handful of people

Qualifications / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
5 years experience working in media production or digital asset management
Successful people/team management experience required.
Experience working in a technological-driven and rapidly-changing environment.
Experience in media encoding/media ingesting/media storage a plus.
Experience with Final Cut Server and Final Cut Pro a plus.

Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
High attention to detail.
Solid interpersonal skills. Able to facilitate discussions, distill comments into core issues, and devise a plan of action.
Proven ability to meet hourly, daily, weekly deadlines.
Proven ability to be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Able to work flexible hours based on business needs.
