This role will provide management and oversight of all employee relations functions provided for EFH, including, but not limited to, developing policies, employee relations training, litigation preparation, oversee and administer disciplinary program, and oversee all aspects of employee investigations

Key Roles & Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned. Directly or through others, the incumbent will:

Coordination of employee investigations
Administration of employee discipline program
Development of the Company’s response to EEOC charges
Coordinate with internal and external legal staff in the preparation and presentation of the Company’s case in employment litigation
Development and presentation of Employee Relations metrics
Development and implementation of Affirmative Action Plans experience
Preparation of EEOC charge responses
Employee misconduct investigations
Coordination with legal staff in the development and presentation of company’s case in employment litigation
Development and presentation of Employee Relations training Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Human Resource, Business or other related field preferred
In depth knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs
5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
3-5 years Human Resources management experience
