The Manager, Field Operations Candidate brings a documented track record of project management leadership by partnering with Sales, Market Access and Medical field leadership to ensure successful implementation of resources and tools. The candidate must be able to align quickly with field leadership priorities, be extremely well organized, detail-oriented and quality-minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position will partner with sales management, Managed Markets, Marketing, Finance and IT teams to develop a technology roadmap to support field capabilities.

Position Reports to: Vice President, US Sales

Position Responsibilities:

Align to the priorities and strategies of the US Sales team
·
Implement and administer processes to support effective sales execution of promotional and financial resources.
·
Develop, optimize, and document all sales processes and policies.
·
Manage business projects which may require working with and managing vendor relationships.
·
Manage to targeted expenses goals and complex project budgets.
·
Enhance sales communication vehicles and training in collaboration with field leadership
·
Support ad-hoc initiatives across sales and across the company with a focus on improving sales force execution, including sales meetings and training initiatives
·
Collaborate with peers in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care, Finance, and IT to ensure solution delivery.
Experience / Knowledge:
·


Minimum Bachelors degree. MBA a plus.
·
10+ years Professional Experience in Sales, Sales Management, Training and/or Sales Operations
·
Ability to manage complex projects independently but in alignment with established priorities
·
Ability to understand the key financial drivers of the business
·
Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining organization and control
·
Working in partnership with field leadership and internal home office teams, ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes effectively and efficiently
·
Ability to work independently while communicating progress effectively and pro-actively, anticipating issues and developing contingency approaches
·
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
·
A successful track record of working with managers and executives
·
Excellent written/ verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation skills.
