This position is within the Project to Close team on the CoreERP and will be responsible for the technical management and support of the Oracle modules related to Project Management, Project Billing and Project Costing. Initially working with Deloitte, our Systems Implementation partner, this position will ultimately manage the configuration of the projects modules in support of the CoreERP development and deployment and continue as the on-going application support. This position will work closely with the functional sub-team leads for Project to Close, insuring the application technically supports the functional requirements. The individual filling this position will be involved with both core Oracle configuration and the support of all extensions, boundary system integrations and data conversions (including the review of functional specifications, functional object testing, integration testing and data conversions), as well as user acceptance testing, deployment and post production support.
Under broad direction, is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within a function. Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff. Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 12+ years of experience, 3+ of which should be in management.
