About This Position
Dignity Health seeks a Manager, Integration, Web, and Custom Applications Support for its Phoenix, AZ location. Manage and lead integration teams involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom software solutions for implementing and integrating Health Information Exchanges, including multiple integration platforms. Integration teams also perform development, design, and maintenance, including complete HL7, batch, and FTP uploads data formatting. Analyze and validate technical integration requirements for development. Develop applications that meet healthcare coding standards including HL7 and EDI. Manage planning and implementation of intake process consolidation for all intake requests. Assist in vendor selection and manage transition of file-based transfer development to global vendor teams. Work with business group to optimize design and enhance clinical interface technical solutions. Assist with continual software refinement, monitoring, and management of enterprise integration software solutions. Will supervise 10+ Application Developers.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Applications and five years of experience in job offered, as Application Development Manager, Software Engineer, Software Development Senior Manager, Project Manager, or closely related position. Employer will accept five years of experience in any job title listed or five years of experience in these job titles combined. Experience must include: 1) managing and leading team involved in development, design, and maintenance of custom software solutions, with complete HL7, batch, and FTP uploads data formatting; 2) multiple integration platforms, e.g. Message Broker, MQ, Neon and Datagate; and 3) developing applications that meet healthcare coding standards HL7 and EDI.
