Shareholder Services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

External Investor Communication

Quarterly Earnings Calls

Assist in development of quarterly earnings call script

Lead in development of quarterly earnings press release

Develop Q&As related to investor community

Oversee logistics of earnings call

Investor Relations Conferences / Meetings

Develop presentations and scripts for Investor Relations conferences

Develop presentations for one-on-one meetings with investors

Develop and implement strategies for enhancing existing investor communications (enhancing investor relations website, investor packets, etc.)

Financial Projects / Initatives

Assist in financial related initiatives as needed

Supervise analytical work being prepared by staff

Organization Development

Supervise and serve as mentor and coach for the financial analyst role

Assist in implementing improvement opportunities for the evolving investor relations department (implement best practices, develop robust Q&A, investor relations reference manual)

SELECTION CRITERIA

Education

Four year college degree in accounting/finance, or an MBA, is required.

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of business related work experience.

Other

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Speech-writing (examples will need to be provided)

Strong understanding of financial statements and related ratios

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to facilitate discussions with investors

Maturity to interact with senior leadership

Ability to maintain confidential information

Strong proficiency in Excel

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word

Above average PowerPoint capabilities
