Qualifications: a. Capable of designing, developing, implementing, revising and maintaining publications system b. High degree of expertise in Adobe: Frame Maker, Acrobat professional and photo-shop c. Competent with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Software programs including: a. Word b. Excel c. Powerpoint d. Must be able to operate scanning equipment and associated software applications e. Familiar with revision and control of Technical publications f. Familiar with revision and control of Operations and Corporate publications g. Capable of supervising and providing mentoring to Technical writer designees or support personnel h. Must have a minimum 4 years of experience in Technical publications. i. Degree preferred. j.
