Manager, Living Wills, PMO-13002817

The Dodd Frank Act is a series of regulations which are intended to promote systemic financial stability. One of the provisions of Dodd-Frank relates to orderly resolution and is commonly known as “Living Wills”. A program management office (PMO) has been established to address the Living Wills- Resolution Planning requirement and this PMO will be accountable to a Living Wills Steering Committee, the board of directors and the regulators. The implementation of this new large scale project will be a highly visible, cross-functional effort. The position will be a key part of the Living Wills project management office and will assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the PMO.

Responsibilities include:
  • Working with various functions to ensure requisite tasks/requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Assisting in monitoring and reporting on project progress, including identification of off-track items, implications to interdependencies, other workstreams and overall project timeline
  • Maintaining the program budget
  • Developing and implementing appropriate reporting for various constituents including Living Wills Team leadership and stakeholders to communicate program status, including potential risks or issues to overall program objectives, timeline and/or budget
  • Assisting in establishing documentation standards, maintaining document repository and developing/monitoring the document management process including version control and content consistency

  • Knowledge of Dodd-Frank Living Wills regulation is a plus
  • Experience with implementing new company wide initiatives required
  • Candidate should have strong project management skills and strong organizational skills
  • He/she must also have strong relationship skills and be able to influence others to achieve complex objectives against tight deadlines
  • Candidate must be proactive in identifying problems and recommending resolution to those problems
  • Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • He/she should have a proven track record of working collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • PMI certification and knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus but is not required
  • 5+ Years of Experience
