•Manage day-to-day operations and projects
•Recruit, coach, mentor, lead, train, and manage a team of operators for overall organizational success
•Maintain shift schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage
•Provide operational ownership during outages – coordinate team to resolve issue and provide appropriate communication to leadership and clients.
•Lead strong partnerships with Engineering, Digital Delivery Products, Program Operations Manager, and On-Air teams to implement new technologies/workflows, resolve on-air issues, and maintain minimal on-air disruption for necessary maintenance works
•Lead weekly Ops calls with Digital Products team to review on-going issues and new workflows.
•Serve as operational lead for new critical projects and initiatives
•Define, document, and maintain operational processes and workflows
•Develop and maintain SOP's, Training Matrices, and Training Documents

•4+ years experience in Media or Broadcast Operations
•4+ years of experience on Non Linear Editing Systems (specifically Avid or Final Cut Pro)
•4+ years experience in a role with a track record of proven leadership, effective staff management, high energy level, and strong team skills
•4+ years experience with project management
•4+ years experience with operational management in a media prep environment
•Willingness and ability to work or be on call at any time, sometimes on short notice in order to support an 24/7/365 operation
•1+ years experience with digital delivery solutions (aspera or Signiant) and transcode products (telestream, rhozet, etc)
•3+ years of experience in a customer facing role
•2+ years of experience of all Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel)
