This position will manage media planning, marketing analysis, and budgeting related to the global advertising activities for the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands. Support traditional and digital marketing efforts. Leverage key agency partners and enterprise liaisons to develop and execute media and marketing objectives. Plan and report annual and on-going communications tracking program. Manage relationships with agency partners and other vendors/partners.

What will I be doing?
Develops and/or maintains Media Strategy & Marketing Planning models for collecting and analyzing data.
Gathers appropriate data or information from all relevant sources (i.e. media partners, agencies, team members, records, files, databases, surveys, client and web-based applications, etc.)
Establishes process and manages media calendars, planning timelines and global media flow charts for all brands/departments globally.
Analyzes data or information to identify the ROI of various marketing campaigns.
Works with key stakeholders and departments (agency partners, Market Research, Hilton HHonors, Directors of Regional Marketing, etc.), structuring the resources and activities of the department/project to accomplish objectives
Disseminates, organizes and communicates regarding enterprise projects managed by department/project team
Enforce, evaluate and streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department
Assists brands and other key stakeholders with measurement and analysis of marketing and promotional activities to understand effectiveness, usage and awareness.
Reports media program results to key stakeholders as need and in association with media agencies.
Manage meeting coordination for Global Marketing Leadership Team and Global Planning meetings.
Attends regular and ad hoc meetings pertinent to work assignments and addresses topics of analysis.
Coordinate and support Media Strategy & Marketing Planning in preparation for monthly and quarterly reporting, and annual budgeting.
Researches and responds to information requests from internal departments and management.
Maintains master database of media partners/vendors (e.g. advertising representatives and media companies).

Four (4) year college degree (BA/BS) or significant work experience in lieu thereof
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in marketing/advertising at a corporation or agency role, with experience in media planning and marketing strategy/project management preferred
Ability to travel as required
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Advanced degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business field
Prior responsibility for media planning and procurement with vendor negotiations
