Maximize common area revenue through the negotiation and execution of tenancy agreements with key national specialty retail and kiosk accounts. Coordinate all account activity with Specialty Leasing Managers and Center Teams. Focus on taking over and growing legacy accounts with assistance from the Coordinator, National Accounts & Business Development.
Minimum of three - four years sales related experience.
Four year college degree preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills, ability to enlist teamwork and develop relationships with co-workers and clients.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Highly organized and capable of performing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Negotiate multiple center cart, kiosk, vending and temporary inline deals with key national specialty retailers to maximize revenue and improve efficiencies.
Develop and maintain business relationships with national account retailers.
Coordinate deal logistics with center teams.
Develop and implement a retail business development plan to identify new retail trends and opportunities for shopping centers.
Attend shopping center and retail trade shows. (ICSC, SPREE, MAGIC etc.)
Improve visual presentation of national retailers through the introduction of “floating retail” for seasonal tenants.
