The Manager, Participant Integration represents the Participant Integration Team as a focal point of delivery for all of The Resource Group’s GPO conversions at the site level. The Manager plans, coordinates, controls and deploys the tactical strategy for contract and program conversions at new facilities. They maintain accountability to the Senior Manager(s) of Participant Integration for the timeliness and quality of project information. They manage integration according to established timelines for completion of various project strategy tasks and generate project schedules and custom reports as necessary for Participant Integration Team members.

Responsibilities:
Support on-boarding activities for new Ascension Health Alliance, Ascension Health Care Network, and GPO Participants.
Support one or more new Participants in integration activities.
Work with Participant Integration team to oversee customer’s seamless transition to The Resource Group portfolio of contracts, processes and procedures.
Coordinates and documents activities with the Participant, suppliers and interdepartmental team members.
Track, monitor and report the overall conversion progress.
Responsible for the smooth execution of project planning schedules.
Act as a customer advocate and on-site resource to coordinate activities of the Participant, The Resource Group, and vendor community to ensure responsiveness to the Participant’s needs and goals.
Develop and maintain working relationships with the Participant.
Arrange, coordinate and attend key stakeholder and/or supplier meetings.
Assist in preparation of presentations and other meeting documents and distribute when appropriate.
Complete and distribute meeting minutes and action items log for key meetings.
Initiate follow-up with stakeholders, suppliers and service line team members.
Perform reviews of cost study reports in order to make recommendations to customers regarding opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; MS, MBA, or advanced degree required
Seven to ten years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities required
Project management experience preferred
Healthcare industry experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in all MS Office products
Organized, detail-oriented and demonstrates strong problem solving skills including a basic understanding of data, tables and analytics
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and project development lifecycles
Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects and competing tasks
Able to communicate professionally, effectively and courteously, both orally and in writing
Able to prioritize workload effectively with many team members
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
Demonstrates strong commitment to teamwork and confidentiality
Able to multi-task, prioritizes workload, be pro-active and work effectively with minimal supervision
