This a key position requiring a broadly skilled leader with Database Systems knowledge, Project Management experience, and a track record of developing key business metrics in the SOHO, SMB, Mid Market and Enterprise sales sectors. This leader will develop and maintain key business metrics in order for the Midwest Market to track and achieve assigned revenue numbers.
Develop a high performance analytical team capable of meeting the ever changing needs of the business.
In collaboration with Finance will develop, establish and implement key metrics in all areas of the commercial sales channels (Telesales, Alternate Channels, Mid Market and Enterprise).
Maintain the established key metrics in the company billing and sales systems.
Will provide ‘Sales Lead’ to ‘Customer Bill’ key analysis for each of our sales channels (Telesales, Mid Market, Enterprise and Channel Partners) as well as by Territory.
Work in tandem with Region, Corporate and Engineering/Network Operations in establishing Network Expansion key metrics and Market Opportunity.
Develop and track establish key metrics in analyzing sales compensation and incentive programs
Relevant Leadership Experience: 0 – 3 years
Total Relevant Work Experience: 4 – 6 years
Other Relevant Experience: Sales Operations, Finance, Business Operations
Required Minimum Education and/or Certifications: Bachelors Degree
