The Manager, Project Supply is responsible for planning, organizing, directing/executing, budget management and timely completion of all Focused Service property expansions, renovations, and new construction FF&E and OS&E project installations. Manages a minimum of 10 projects concurrently, with a combined budgetary management responsibility in excess of $10 million. Responsible for Project Coordinators and oversight responsibility for Logistics Coordinators. Serves as the liaison and single point of contact among internal and external resources, key stakeholders, and suppliers. Responsible for the execution of FF&E and OS&E projects, ensuring that each project is completed on-time and within the contracted budget.

What will I be doing?
As the Manager, Project Supply, you will be responsible for the execution of FF&E and OS&E projects, ensuring that each project is completed on-time and within the contracted budget to maximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest
standards combining both your technical and business skills:
Manage a minimum of 15 projects concurrently, with a combined budgetary management responsibility of at least $15 million
Management responsibility for Project Coordination and oversight responsibility for Logistics
Serve as the liaison and single point of contact among internal and external resources, key stakeholders, and suppliers
Work directly with Project Administration, Project Development, SM Systems and Strategic Sourcing teams to develop and maintain prototypical FF&E and OS&E design templates and Brand specifications. Assist with documentation of departmental policies and procedures, development of client relations information, and special projects as needed
Support the Senior Manager, Project Administration with departmental reporting requirements including pricing updates, templates status, and workflow

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Four (4) year college degree or four (4) years work experience in lieu thereof
Five (5) years of work experience in Procurement, Hospitality, Project Supply Management, Design or related field
One (1) year management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High School Diploma
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Four (4) year college degree or significant work experience in lieu thereof
CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or other supply management certifications or willingness to attain certifications during the course of employment.
Seven (7) years work experience in Procurement, Hospitality, Project Supply Management, Design or related field
Two (2) Years management experience
