Additional Requirements:
Position will be responsible for providing data and analytics for department, animating data into actionable opportunities, developing KPI and Metric dashboards for timely and accurate reporting on the health of business, leading and directing Operations Teams towards areas of opportunity. Position will also support critical period accrual and reporting: End Of Month, End of Quarter and End of Year processing and support, Carrier Scorecard Management, Client formal and ad hoc reporting requests.
Reports to: TM Director of Account, position has no direct reports in today’s environment
• Advanced degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Operations Management or 5 years minimum in related industry. CPG Retail Distribution and Transportation experience preferred.
• Advanced to Expert knowledge and use of internal Ryder TM Systems and suite of applications, data reporting tools (Tableau, Access), Windows suite of business applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Visio.
• Ability to analyze and review transport and supply chain data and provide timely and professional recommendations for Continuous Improvement, Productivity (Savings) and Efficiency opportunities.
• Ability to lead and influence indirect reports and operate in a fast paced, hybrid, cross functional environment.
Travel Requirements: 10-15% annual as required for business
