The Manager of Real Estate Analytics will serve as the finance department's representative to the Real Estate management team. In this role, you will directly support senior management and the real estate department with all financial needs and projects. Detailed reponsibilities include:
Analyze financial performance of potential and current properties and portfolios and prepare/present investment and strategic planning recommendations.
Prepare, review and present detailed Pro-Formas of new projects, expansions and relocations.
Prepare detailed analysis of projects which include demographic, geographic and benchmarking data points.
Review industry surveys and benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner.
Manage the Post Mortem Analysis of opened stores / renovations, update ROI analysis as needed. Present to management for review.

Requirements:
Education: BS Degree in business or finance
Experience: 5 to 7 years progressive experience in a real estate / finance environment with exposure to finance, real estate, or combination thereof
Strong background in real estate & real estate financial analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with ESRI highly desired
Knowledge of real estate accounting principles a plus
Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills are required in order to interact independently with various levels of management across the company.
Must be data oriented and have proven ability to interpret and synthesize data, making recommendations to drive business decisions
Retail Industry experience desired
High sense of urgency and ability to work independently. Adapts well to change and demonstrates ability to develop and implement process/system improvements
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and be able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
