Cablevision Division Cable and Communications Corporate Department Name Consumer Phone Prod-C&C Corp Job Location NY / Nassau County / 1111 Stewart Avenue Requisition ID 19792BR Position Type Full Time Description The SMB Product Manager works directly with the VP/Business Product Strategy to analyze market conditions based on customer insight, external market data, and technology trends to provide actionable recommendations for product, price, and packaging decisions.

The SMB Product Manager will understand the networking and communications needs of small businesses and contribute to the creation of a product strategy that increases market share and revenue for the company. The product manager will work with teams across the company to analyze how customers are using our products and identify what additional features and functions should be invested in to improve the customer experience and increase the value recognized by customers. The product manager will be responsible for building competitive pricing models, writing detailed feature requirements documents, communicating feature requirements to guide development and engineering staff, and working with the sales and advertising teams to insure that messaging and advertising meets the product strategy and vision. Qualifications Key Achievements
Minimum of 3 years in marketing or business planning function. Experience working with the SMB market is preferred.

a) Reporting, Data Analysis, and presentation skills.
b) Ability to formulate hypotheses beyond the raw technical data.
c) Quantitative and qualitative skills; a quick study with new data, always up to date technically, monitors performance against objectives and knows where things stand at a detailed level.
d) Telecommunication network architecture and service delivery process subject matter knowledge specifically focused on commercial services.

a) Communication Skills; communications clearly and to the point, both orally and in writing, generates enthusiasm around SMB market goals.
b) Cross-Functional Working Skills; actively establishes an internal network of relationships at all levels to drive projects along, team-oriented.
