What will you be doing?

This position reports to the Vice President & General Manager for North America Performance Advertising. The Sales Operations & Strategy Manager is a key business partner to the leadership team of the Performance Advertising business. The role is designed to work with senior management on the most important strategic and operational initiatives to drive continued high growth and operational efficiency. This role will allow a candidate with corporate strategy, management consulting or investment banking experience to transition into an instrumental operating role.

Serve as key business advisor to General Manager of North America Performance Team

Co-own strategy and lead operations for Performance Advertising for North America

Deliver strategy & operations programs/initiatives as required to evolve and transform InMobi’s Performance Product

Liaise with Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment

Drive high priority initiatives with Senior Management including (but not limited to) strategic planning, forecast modeling, and data-driven insights.

Lead evaluations and implementations of changes to our processes and sales technology that result in improved sales, productivity and forecasting

Plan and execute all initiatives and programs for maximum impact by minimal disruption to your key stakeholders in the sales team

Communicate insights to senior management

What do we require from you?

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, manage multiple simultaneous high impact projects, effectively communicate at the executive level, and drive operational programs/initiatives to successful completion. You will also have demonstrated success in deploying these skills in a high-growth, rapidly changing sales environment.

Graduate degree or MBA preferred, BA or BS degree minimum.

5+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, investment banking or tech company corporate strategy group

3+ years of experience and a passion for the mobile industry is key.

Deep experience in analyzing data and the ability to drive insights and data-driven decision-making

Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with

Strong communication skills including written and verbal communication experience with senior management

Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments
