Management of shift supervisors and up to 200+ associates.
Responsible for the scheduling and efficiency of packaging activities, development of processes and procedures, inventory management, equipment maintenance, monitoring and reporting of department productivity.
Responsible for the safety, performance, quality and timely builds of all client orders.
Responsible for implementation of future expansions or projects as business growth dictates.
Daily interface with customers.
Exercise overall responsibility for multi-faceted, multi-shift operation.
Provide a safe and clean work environment for all associates.
Must be able to work various shifts and extensive overtime.
Qualifications / Qualifications:
4-year degree preferred
3-5 years experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment with at least 2 years in a leadership or account management role.
