The Manager, Student Support coordinates and implements the timely enrollment of continuing students, identifies at-risk students and works with them to identify interventions needed to assist them in succeeding in a collegiate environment. The Manager, Student Support will solicit feedback from students withdrawing from the University and offer feedback to management regarding information attained from conversations with continuing students.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate process improvements to ensure the timely enrollment of continuing students

  • Participate in quarterly new student orientations
  • Monitor attendance postings on a regular basis to identify at-risk students
  • Report and work to resolve problems impacting student enrollment with the appropriate department (e.g. Academics, Business Office, Financial Aid, International Office)
  • Assist students with the course selection process in accordance with established curriculum
  • Solicit feedback from withdrawing students and provide guidance for re-enrolling and out-of-school continuing students as necessary
  • Run and review daily enrollment reports and track numbers relative to previous and projected enrollment goals
  • Work closely with the Business Office regarding collection efforts


  • Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree

    Three to five years of progressively responsible job experience

    Strong personal accountability and attention to detail orientation to meet daily, weekly, and quarterly assignments

  • High energy, outgoing personality and professional attitude
  • Committed to quality service to students, faculty, and staff
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of university academic rules and regulations
  • G ood knowledge of: office support functions including English, spelling, punctuation, arithmetic, word processing, filing, composing a variety of business documents; reception; and researching, compiling, and summarizing data for reports
  • Willingness to work extra hours when necessary
