The Client Support Center is the component of Information Technology that is responsible for the direct delivery of services and value to the customer. This is done by monitoring problems, assuring balance between service reliability and cost, performing event management, incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment. Functions include Service Desk and responsibilities for staff engaging in I.T. Service Operation.

The Client Support Manager manages the day-to-day activities, utilizing strong supervisory skills, customer service skills, and technical abilities to handle the team’s responsibilities. The primary focus of this position is to provide value to the client to support the organizations' business objectives based on ITIL standards: (1) Provide a single point of contact for client incidents and service requests. (2) Restore normal operational service to the client as soon as possible. (3) Ensure optimum system performance and availability. Previous experience with ServiceNow Incident reporting is preferred.
