CommScope Enterprise Solutions conducts business via an indirect channel model while also focusing directly on the end user customer to drive demand. It is the Territory Sales Manager who is responsible for managing and growing CommScope revenue in their assigned territory. The Territory Sales Manager works with-in the Field Sales Organization while acting as a unified team with the Channel Organization to ensure territory revenue goals are exceeded and the channel partner programs are supported.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with-in Field Sales while working as a collaborative team member with Channel Sales to exceed assigned territory revenue goals.
  • Create and execute a yearly territory plan.
  • Execute global/regional end user and channel strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strong and trusted relationships with end user customers and channel partners.
  • Utilize CommScopes Strategic Sales Process (SSP) in targeting and winning opportunities.
  • Using SFA manage and address opportunities and leads with end users and channel partners.
  • Aggressively drive CommScopes total solution portfolio into the end user community.
  • Work with marketing to grow the awareness of CommScope and demand for CommScopes offerings with-in the end user community.
  • Support channel partners in targeting and acquiring new CommScope customers.
  • Ensure the existing channel is capable of supporting CommScopes total solution portfolio and strategies. Recruit/develop new channels where needed.
  • Utilizing BMS and business plans review the channel partners success and progress quarterly.
  • Execute global/regional alliance, integrator and consultant strategies.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5 years of indirect channel management and end user sales experience
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be proactive, motivated and organized
  • Able to articulate the overall CommScope and each solution value propositions
