Zipcar is looking to add a manager of Treasury Operations. The Treasury Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, compliance and analysis of Zipcar’s asset-backed vehicle finance facility as well as traditional treasury roles related to merchant services, cash management, investments, foreign exchange and banking.

Responsibilities:
Oversee a small team (initially one professional) supporting various functions of the Treasury department, including fleet finance, fleet analysis, compliance, cash management, foreign exchange and treasury analytics
Oversee the compliance, daily vehicle payments, reporting, title vendor management, and audit requirements for the asset backed debt facility
Maintain relationships with fleet operations vendors including fuel card providers, roadside vendor, operating lease companies, and banks
Work with fleet operations and finance to support vehicle performance analysis, vehicle remarketing progress and other projections impacting the P&L
Prepare vehicle usage forecast used to help senior management size the Zipcar fleet in order to meet utilization goals by metro
Ad-hoc reports/tasks to support fleet operations, treasury, and accounting as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or other quantitative major
Minimum of 4-5 yrs. experience in corporate finance, treasury or analytics role
Management experience
Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills, as well as proficiency with other MS Office applications
Experience developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors/partners
Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with all levels of employees within an organization
Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills in a deadline driven and changing environment
Accounting, asset-backed financing and/or leasing background is a plus
