Zynga is seeking a talented and motivated Change Management, Analyst. As a Change Analyst you will be responsible for administering, supporting, analyzing, and managing the potential impact of change on Zynga production. Additionally you will maintain change management policies and processes and ensure enforcement through monitoring and evaluation. The Change Analyst will evaluate change requests for completeness and accuracy, assess for risk, impact, and communicate results as well recommendation to the Stake holders involved in the change.
In this role, you will work with IT & zCloud business stakeholders and ensure all changes are properly reviewed and approved by the proper service owners prior to the change implementation.
Responsible for establishing and managing operational change policies and procedures, as well as enforcement and improvement activities.
Establishes standard documents, templates and workflow procedures
Provides team training and instruction for best practices, processes, and procedures
Evaluates change requests for completeness, accuracy, relevance, and risk level
Coordinates with IT, zCloud, Facilities, Datacenter operations to review, scope and schedule changes
Ensures that all changes are approved and managed through the change management process
Manages change and release documentation, updates, and change control
Workis with Project Managers and business units, defines and documents risk factors and mitigation strategies for new and changed requirements
Serves as a liaison between all business units (Project Management, IT, zCloud, Facilities, Telecom and Data Center Operations for change requests and release management)
1-2 years of professional change management, business experience
Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills.
Track record of taking initiative and building bridges with internal and external partners to drive results.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Superior business communications (written, verbal, and graphical)
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
Ability to priorities and deliver against challenging deadlines
Keep up to date with best practice change management operations including those adopted by other leading organizations.
Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Experience with large-scale organizational change effort.
Ability to learn, stay flexible in a rapidly changing business group
Preferred Qualifications & Interests:
ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
