Work with sales leadership to coordinate product launches, sales efforts, pricing, and contract negotiations to promote products with our partners. Implement the sales efforts for one or more of TSYS offered products and/or services. Facilitate sales plan including client visits, product roll-outs, sales initiatives, conferences, and demonstrations and incorporating 25 % travel. Serve as liaison between TSYS and the industry executives, operations managers and directors. Build communication and coordinate efforts with clients, TSYS client managers, conversions, production support and product owners to effectively introduce, sell, renew and implement products. Understand and facilitate TSYS corporate goals and strategies to meet departmental goals and directives for the team. Support prospecting and identifying clients and products effectively to determine the opportunities that represent the most revenue and benefit for TSYS. May supervise individuals who are responsible for the development of presentations, collateral material and communication tools to support sales efforts. May plan, coordinate and facilitate TSYS client conferences to include breakout sessions, product presentations and discussions. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive products in order to strategically identify and target sales opportunities. Implement direct sales focus for new and existing products for over current clients in addition to all new clients and prospects. Implement creative strategies and work with SME’s and Account Directors to seek new solutions where needed. Work to develop initiatives to improve communications, processes and workflow with clients and within TSYS to create and maintain positive relationships. Deliver reports that provide revenue projection, product penetration rates and sales forecasts for senior executive management. Provide input on annual budget to include employment expense, client travel, and tools and resources needed to maintain high level of client service to Senior Management. Complete performance review responsibilities, matching team member goals with department goals and establishing areas for needed growth. Track Team Member growth and mastery of job responsibilities. Create plans for Team Member development. Assign priorities for work as established by management, ensure workload is monitored daily, build cross functional teams within the department and ensure the timely delivery of work.

Position serves as the leader of Sales with emphasis on sales initiatives or supporting processes for all products offered through TSYS to all existing clients as well as domestic or international prospects. The candidate works across organizational units to implement and execute strategies on all aspects of sales relations. The candidate serves as a sales advocate and liaison for functional units within the organization, potentially advising peers in those units on specific issues and coordinating appropriate sales resources to achieve their functional goals.
Additional work outside regularly scheduled/normal business hours may be required in order to fulfill client or 24x7x365 needs.
Education and Experience:
Four year college degree and six or more years professional experience or eight or more years professional experience is required. Previous management, payments related business and appropriate TSYS experience is preferred.
