The Continuous Improvement / Winning as One Integration

Manager Financial Analysis Projects

will support the Global Integration Controller by preparing financial analyses, developing executive level presentations, facilitating cross-functional and business unit coordination, and tracking and reporting financial results in PowerSteering. This will include synergy achievement and merger related expenditures and restructuring costs.

Main Responsibilities:
Analyze and report on key Integration and Continuous Improvement drives of savings, expense, and headcount forecasting; draw conclusions and present recommendations

Support the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for Integration and Continuous Improvement expenditures and savings

Perform detailed variance analysis by function, region, and division against budget, forecast, prior periods, or other benchmarks

Maintain and/or assist with the development of analytical models for the tracking of actual Winning as One expenditures and forecasting full year Integration program costs

Assist with the development and tracking of Continuous Improvement budget/forecast

Assist with PowerSteering tool development and enhancements including new release testing, functionality research, and issue escalation/resolution

Develop/deliver PowerSteering training materials for Continuous Improvement programs

Prepare global Continuous Improvement reporting and analysis for Executive Council, LSS leadership reporting and PMO updates

Assist Global Project Management Office (PMO) with the validation and monitoring of Integration project costs, consulting costs, etc.

Support requests for information from Finance and Accounting as well as external and internal auditors with regards to merger costs as directed by the Integration Controller

Assist with the preparation of materials and analysis for executive level presentations

Identify, analyze and recommend process improvements and other ad hoc analysis

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance

5+ Years of Financial Accounting and Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, CPA, and/or CMA

Previous experience working for a multi-national corporation or financial services firm

Outstanding track record of performing complex financial analysis and delivering executive level work product in a matrix environment

Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and interpret financial models

Project management experience (e.g. Lean Six Sigma training or certification)

Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with PowerSteering

Experience dealing with time demands, incomplete information or unexpected events

Good organizational and planning skills

Strong problem identification and resolution skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Previous Fortune 500 experience
