Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Financial Technology, this position will be a key contributor to the future Financial Technology implementation strategy. She/he will be responsible for the implementation, operation, monitoring and evaluation of Financial Technology and Human Resource solutions. This individual will play a large role in driving automation of all back-office financial systems and maintenance of the related interfaces.

Responsibilities include:
Document as-is and to-be business processes as well as identifying process strengths and weaknesses in order to suggest areas of improvement.
Identify and implement controls between Oracle and data interfaces both automated and uploaded. Ensure appropriate level of formalized testing has been approved before approving modifications to the interfaces.
Document process for reconciliation between Oracle and supporting subsidiaries interfacing financial information manually or automated.
Prepare & evaluate BCR requests presented to the Financial Technology department to develop new tools, reports and analyses, independently and collaboratively, as support to Finance business partners. Evaluate for clear objective and cost/benefit analysis and management signoff before proceeding.
Proactively seek opportunities to partner with business units on important strategic initiatives and work with project teams throughout the organization to determine system requirements for Oracle. Document all current processes and interfaces, clearly outline proposed change management.
Manage staff resources. Identify training requirements for staff and end users. Develop and provide the necessary training to meet those needs.

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Financial Technology or related area and 10 years of increasing responsibility in accounting, financial technology or directly related experience in a Shared Services environment.
A managerial position in a multinational company with proven track record and success
Strong business process experience (automation, efficiencies, implement)
General Knowledge of infrastructure requirements and components, shared-point sites, intranets and networks
Project Management Professional – PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Oracle a plus - Possess knowledge financial systems such as Oracle Financials, Hyperion Essbase, Cognos Planning, disbursements and imaging software.
Both intelligent and practical; possessing the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, hard-charging, team-oriented environment.
