Primary duties include payroll, overseeing the 401(k), necessary reporting, knowledge of a self insured plan to administer and bid the plan at renewal, knowledge of Workmen's Comp, reporting and filing of Vet 100, EEO and Affirmative Action plan and managing international locations a plus. The successful candidate will have strong people skills, a bachelor's degree with ten years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits.
