Job Description
Oversees Corporate Employment function and HR related regulatory affairs including, but not limited to EEO-1, AAP, DNV and ADA. Ensure all HR processes and practices are in compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies. Coordinate and provide leadership related to Brassring (or other ATS). Create and analyze relevant HR metrics. KHS

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business or similar field required. Masters Degree in HR, Business or similar field preferred. Demonstrates commitment to professional development and educational opportunities. Prior experience in a leadership role. Experienced as a user of Brassring applicant tracking system. Experience with recruiting process and HR regulatory issues and laws. Strong computer skills. Ability to compile statistical data and enter into presentation format. Strong communication skills. Experience in Windows software, Lawson, Brassring, Magellan.
