Immediate Opening: Manager, Human Resources- Connolly Healthcare
Connolly Healthcare is expanding and we have a unique opportunity for an HR Leader for Connolly Healthcare - our fastest growing business. In this key strategic role, you'll drive continuous improvement for Connolly Healthcare from a people and business partner perspective.
Manage Human Resources generalist activities for 300 + employees in a $100mm plus dollar business. Work to champion and foster Connolly’s mission and corporate culture.
Staffing and Recruitment: Support staffing initiatives to assure selection, assimilation to Connolly culture and development and retention of diverse talent is consistent with the Connolly non-negotiable values.
Business Partner: Ensure HR processes and programs are aligned with key business objectives, strategies and initiatives. Focus the organization on leadership qualities, that will continually improve organizational effectiveness.
Communications: Partner with key stake-holders and HR business partners in leading and facilitating clear, relevant, effective communications at all levels and between functions.
Professional Development: Partner with healthcare business leaders to create effective performance management, succession planning, and career planning processes within client groups. Follow up on all development plans quarterly.
Training and Development: Identify and develop targeted training platforms that will aid and support staff development.
Change Agent: Unafraid of taking risks and challenging the “norm”. Assess areas of opportunity, benchmark best practices, and implement solutions.
Employee Relations: Assure compliance with state and federal requirements. Assist in employee relations management issues including, policy development and enforcement, grievance resolutions and performance management. Knowledge of how to update an Affirmative Action Plan.
Benefits: Understand benefits outsourcing strategy (ADPTotalSource) and provide guidance to client groups regarding benefits interpretation and administration.
Compensation: Develop consistent and competitive compensation programs.
Travel: Ability to travel 10% of the time
President Corporate Operations
Corporate functions (IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations)
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS
Solid knowledge of MS Office Products, specifically; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to build solid relationships; interpersonal savviness
Able to raise difficult issues and make tough decisions
Ability to influence, negotiate, mediate and coach
BS/BA required; MBA preferred, SPHR designation a plus
7 - 10 years HR experience; financial services/healthcare a plus
5 - 7 years in a field or divisional Human Resources role with concentration in:
Employee relations and or labor background, benefits admin and compensation planning exp.
Recruitment (healthcare/technology recruiting preferred)
