Responsibilities:
Develops, supports and provides direction to planners in analyzing department / SKU / location base to maintain in stock levels, maximize turnover and fill rates, and minimize lost sales for all stores and CSCs. Monitors and analyzes automatic or manually replenished items. Manages process flow of non-catalog and customer specific stocked items. Reviews sales trends and implement strategies and planning. Manages vendor relationships. Analyzes lead times for accuracy. Communicates and coordinates store and CSC assortment lifecycle management with Merchandising, Store Planning, and the field. Supports catalog transitions. Reviews and implement strategies in store related advertising, EBW programs, and BSG promotional vehicles. Ensures inventory processes to support open or relocate new stores, or remodel existing stores. Works in conjunction with Sr. Management to define and develop system and processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, in business related discipline (logistics, finance, statistics, quantitative business analysis, management) or related work experience. Minimum of five years Inventory Management experience in a high volume, multi-location distribution environment or equivalent MRP experience in multi-plant manufacturing environment. Minimum of one year managagement and development experience. Experience in statistical based forecasting and JIT inventory management processes. Advanced analytical abilities. Advanced knowledge of PC applications, specifically spreadsheet and database applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
