This position provides supervision and program support to the outpatient programs . The manager of the outpatient clinic also oversees all levels of outpatient care and coordinates programming and curriculum for a seamless transition of care for clients in outpatient programs. The manager is also responsible for maintaining census, maintaining budget, developing and updating curriculum, developing staff and providing clinical supervision and support to the programs. The position also manages basic facilities/building needs including security, housekeeping and maintenance. In addition, this position will be assigned a small caseload.
Position requires a BA in related field; must have a current LADC license; must have three or more years experience providing chemical dependency counseling, minimum two years supervisory experience; 12 Step knowledge and experience, a history of working with adolescents and co-occurring disorders desired.
