  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • SUMMARY: Manages, coordinates, monitors and evaluates project team productivity to achieve project milestones/goals. Communicates project status to stakeholder and handles and resolves issues that jeopardize the success of the project. Develops and maintains reports on project status, budgeting, integration issues and related aspects of program management and administration. Communication skills are required to persuade or gain cooperation and acceptance of ideas. Responsibility exists to ensure that internal customers are satisfied with service. Communication with external contacts involves handling complaints, making adjustments, corrections, etc.

    Essential functions : –

    Manages, coordinates, monitors and evaluates project team productivity to achieve project milestones/goals. –

    Communicates project status to stakeholder and handles and resolves issues that jeopardize the success of the project. –

    Develops and maintains reports on project status, budgeting, integration issues and related aspects of program management and administration. –

    Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. –

    Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. –

    Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. –

    Directs and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. –

    Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. –

    Prepares project reports for management or others as needs determine. –

    Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

    Required Education: Bachelor’s degree from four year college or university in IT, Systems Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

    Required Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: PMP Certification, Six Sigma, or ITIL Certification

    Required Experience: Minimum five (5) years’ experience leading project teams is required
