Position Description

Adheres to methodologies, frameworks, approaches, and timelines
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Talent Development and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Manages elements of talent development portfolios
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
Updates clients, peers, and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR 2 years experience in human resources, talent development, or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
