Provide leadership for the Hazelden Connection, Internal MORE program and MN Adult Continuing Care groups. Ensure ongoing excellence and growth of existing services while developing new services and/or delivery mechanisms. Contribute as a member of the Dan Anderson Renewal Center Leadership team. Participate in strategic and operational planning, pilots and projects; facilitate proactive problem solving; partner with other departments, i.e., residential, outpatient, marketing, business office, finance, contracts, development, Healthcare Professionals program; and, manage program/service issues while balancing mission and margin. Assure that staff are qualified and competent; provide direct supervision, evaluate and improve programs and services using quality improvement principles and strategies.
Current state addiction professional license required; must have a current Driver's license; Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) required; Master's Degree desired; requires a minimum 2 yrs experience providing counseling in a Twelve step program for chemical dependency and a minimum 6 months providing recovery supervision to students and interns in a chemical dependency setting; a minimum 6 months providing continuing care group facilitation or other post-primary counseling or facilitation desired; prior clinical supervision experience desired; must have a minimum 2 yrs freedom from chemical abuse; must be age 21 or older; computer literacy (Microsoft suite, etc.) required.
