The BPM/Reporting Manager leads the design, implementation a nd production of client a nd operations reports, models a nd process a nalysis a s well a s the identification of process improvements for the call center, document management, a nd eligibility reverification functions. This position closely collaborates with the business a nalysts of the Project Management Department to ensure that data is gathered a nd presented for use in the BPM models (e.g., SPC, TQM, Six Sigma). Through a nalysis of strategic a nd tactical performance a nd integration of BPM principals, the BPM/Reporting Manager works with the project operational leadership to uncover business process improvement needs including enhancements in process performance monitoring, reporting, a nd process design.
