Sales Incentive and Retail banking subject matter expert with at least 5 years experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and SAS reporting
Strong mathematical, analytical, communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Ability to help influence decision making by Retail Leadership on incentive issues
Experience in developing and deploying project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor's degree, business management or related field or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 5 years direct work experience in Retail Banking or Sales Incentive Administration required
The Manager Retail Sales Incentive & Analysis will manage the design, communication, and tactical/operational support for the incentive programs within the Retail Channels (Branches, Contact Center, and Investment Services).
Data Reporting & Analysis
Collection, analysis and reporting of incentive performance statistics
Identifying patterns in the program or specific situations where sales productivity and rewards paid are not in alignment.
Providing data driven recommendations to management for program enhancements
Modeling potential impacts of program modifications to budget, individual rewards, and sales goals
Support the strategic design of the incentives, ensuring alignment with retail priorities and financial goals
Ensure incentive participants have the necessary training, tools, and communication to understand the program, and succeed. This includes strong plan documents, sales calculators, incentive reporting, and training materials.
Support line management in the annual launch of incentive updates, program modifications, and enhancements.
Liaise with Retail Analytics, Investment Services Operations, and Technology Partners to assure proper incentive calculation, reporting, and payment
Implement necessary controls to ensure payment, reporting, and process risks are minimized for all incentive programs
