This position is responsible for the development of strategic security projects and programs.
Provides direct oversight of capital security enhancements, develops multi-year budgetary forecasts for projects, and coordinates these activities with field operational units
Manages issues related to security policy by compiling best practices to formulate procedural manuals and training syllabi
Supervises and evaluates the activities of one or more assigned projects and personnel to obtain optimum results and maximize efficient utilization of manpower and equipment
Consults with management and users to determine program/system specifications to achieve economical and practical solutions
Oversees business analysis and systems design specifications, forms, reports, procedures, and documentation for manual and computer systems
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred
Ten (10) years of security experience with a major corporate employer including three (3) years of lead/supervisor experience required
Familiar with the components of existing state, federal, and international regulations governing the security of petrochemical facilities required (TWIC, CFATS, MTSA, and ISPS)
