The Manager Talent Acquisition will lead HTC’s full life cycle recruiting team which supports the hiring of both technical and non-technical roles for HTC. This person will partner with hiring managers, Talent Management and other leaders to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics related to talent acquisition. The position will be accountable for creating an exemplary candidate experience that will lead to becoming the employer of choice while filling open requisitions on a timely basis.
Partnering with hiring managers and company leaders to anticipate and determine staffing needs
Accountable for forecasting headcount and financial budget for talent acquisition duties in the region.
Develop successful sourcing strategies, plans, pipelines.
Lead, develop and grow the skill sets of the recruiting team
Align the full cycle recruiting group to meet the demands of the ever changing business climate.
Hands on management of key and /or executive searches
Identify ways to continuously improve candidate experience
Partner with teams to leverage recruiting best practices
Access and track the recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
Champion HTC’s diversity recruiting efforts
7+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
Full cycle recruiting experience required
2+ years leading a team
BS or BA degree is required
High-tech company experience desired. Ability to work in an agile, fast paced growing office environment necessary
Demonstrated, full cycle recruiting experience that delivers strong hiring results
Strong organizational skills and proven time management techniques
Experience building, coaching and managing a full-cycle recruiting team in a corporate environment
Experience working with tools of the trade, applicant tracking systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
