Minimum 1 year experience required
Develop, implement, and administer organizational training programs under the general direction of the Senior Vice President of Human Resources to support the strategic goals of MaineGeneral Health (MGH). Provide leadership on major training projects using best practice and available electronic tools and resources. Promote consistent communication of HR goals and objectives throughout MGH organization.
Qualifications/Competencies : Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5 years or more of relative experience preferred. Must be able to l ead a team and work collaboratively in a team environment. Must be able to think “outside the box” with respect to innovative and creative e-learning strategies that drive performance. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate to staff at all levels of the organization required. Must be proficient in a suite of Microsoft applications. Must be able to manage multiple time sensitive projects and thrive in a large, complex work environment.
