Manager in Training
Essential Duties :
- Provide friendly, prompt, efficient, and courteous guest service
- Promote sales by assisting guests and offering suggestions
- Overseeing the overall operation of the store
- Assist customers with product knowledge, pricing and discounts
- Monitor proper levels of stock
- Interaction with vendors
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of store/work area at all times
- Perform proper register and cash control procedures
- Assist in merchandising such as displays, promotions, and sales ads
- Manage employee schedules
- Provide high levels of guest service, salesmanship, and professional attitude
Requirements : - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be 21 and up
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
- Must be able to pass Background and Credit check
