The Inside Sales Manager role focuses on attaining and exceeding sales volume objectives to accounts and prospects. The primary focus is to identify and close sales opportunities in new accounts, to penetrate accounts, and to drive revenue and identify cross-selling opportunities for other products and services. Primary responsibilities include:
-Managing assigned steps in the sales process
-Identifying potential new customers
-Identifying retention and penetration opportunities in existing accounts
-Driving revenue and cross selling opportunities
-Leveraging partner/channel at the appropriate stages of the sales process
-Depth of product knowledge as to product capabilities and applications

Position Requirements

Must be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas
-Sales Management
-Account Management Sales skills utilizing Solution Selling techniques
-Identifying and assessing potential sales opportunities
-Matching product and service solutions to customers' needs
-Effectively identifying buyers and influences
-Effective Relationship Skills
-Effective Negotiation Skills
-Effective coaching/mentoring Skills
-Developing excellent relationships with business partners
